遠雄賣新莊地　獲利3.6億元

【劉曉霞／台北報導】遠雄今天公告賣出新莊副都心土地，共666.43坪，買給當地的李姓地主，以每坪240萬元賣出，總共賣出15.99億元，獲利約3.6億元。

遠雄副總黃志鴻說，會賣出該筆土地是因為不到原定的開發面積1500坪，收購附近土地整合又不順利，所以最後決定出售。

遠雄這次賣出的新莊土地是2010年和台北縣政府標售取得，當年取得價格是每坪183萬元，以這次每坪240萬元計算，3年單坪獲利57萬元，漲幅達31.14%。

遠雄近年在新莊推出多筆建案，近期主推「遠雄米蘭公園」、「遠雄中央公園」、「遠雄國都」等建案。
