曾銘宗：兩岸服貿利大於弊

新任金管會主委曾銘宗一上任就將面對兩岸服貿協議、與第三方支付2大難題，他今(1)日表示，服貿協議「利大於弊」，期盼立法院盡速通過；而第三方支付則待與銀行局研究細節。

立法院臨時會審查兩岸服務貿易協議，場外抗議不斷。曾銘宗走馬上任第一天談到兩岸服貿協議表示，兩岸服貿協議還是「利大於弊」，期盼立法院盡速通過，以讓金融產業有更大發展空間。

有關第三方支付業務開放部份，曾銘宗說，仍待與銀行局研議，金管會會盡速提出一個對產業包括電子相關、銀行業及產業發展都比較好比較合適的方向與細節。
