湖南瓜農死於外力誘發腦血管破裂

鳳凰網報導，湖南警方發表臨武縣瓜農鄧正加與城管人員衝突期間死亡案的驗屍報告稱，鄧正加是「外力作用誘發腦部畸形血管破裂出血致死」。

湖南郴州市警方星期三（7月31日）深夜向媒體通報，經由警方法醫與廣州中山大學法醫鑑定中心檢驗，鄧正加頭部有三處形態不規則的頭皮下出血，但頭顱沒有骨折。

鄧正加夫婦7月17日在臨武縣城擺攤出售西瓜途中與城管人員發生衝突，鄧正加倒地死亡。目擊者與死者家屬對媒體稱，曾看到城管人員用秤砣擊打鄧正加的頭部。

郴州市與臨武縣警方稱，將綜合驗屍意見進一步加強對犯罪嫌疑人的審訊，釐清責任。這起事件讓形像差的大陸城管再度成為輿論指責的焦點。
