兼任黨副主席 郝：地方首長義不容辭

台北市長郝龍斌表示，國民黨現在最需要的就是團結，由執政黨籍地方首長兼任國民黨副主席，就能黨意結合民意、中央結合地方，讓政策上通下效，黨若有需要，所有首長定義不容辭。

總統馬英九與台北市長郝龍斌今出席台北市立大學揭牌儀式，兩人在台上不停頻頻交換意見，馬英九感謝郝龍斌完成市立大學合併案。
