海山學區首棟高樓層商辦 每坪挑戰60萬元

【徐微欣／新北報導】板橋海山學區將出現第一棟高樓層商辦；由宏和紡織自行開發興建，基地位於板橋區民族路，規劃興建地上18層、地下4層的商業大樓，預定2016年完工。當地房仲表示，由於海山學區周邊生活機能尚未完備，期待商辦大樓落成後吸引更多產業進駐。

板橋海山學區鄰近新板特區，房價相對親民，當地房仲指出，宏和商辦大樓完工後，預計每坪房價將突破6字頭，相較於新板特區幾棟高樓層商辦，每坪約可便宜10萬元。目前海山學區商辦租金行情，每月每坪約1100~1300元，待商辦落成後提升周邊生活機能，有益當地房價看漲。
