軍審法 藍委意見不同起衝突

立法院司法法制委員會今審軍事審判法，朝野立委認為應「回應民意」，將軍中凌虐、殺人、傷害、性侵案件回歸一般司法體系偵查審判。前陸軍總司令、國民黨立委陳鎮湘主張應把凌虐拿掉，他還說，「哪有這樣搞法，不要把國軍搞垮」、「我相信軍法，我不相信司法」；丁守中則籲陳鎮湘「與時俱進」，兩人一番脣槍舌戰，目前委員會休息協商。
