敲牆嚇哭「患憂鬱症」　婦告鄰居傷害不起訴

宜蘭一位51歲陳姓婦人，因不滿11個月前，鄰居修建房屋敲打牆壁時，造成住處強烈搖晃，讓她以為是地震，甚至當場嚇哭，並因此罹患憂鬱、精神焦慮等病症，持診斷書狀告42歲張姓女屋主涉嫌傷害。
 
宜蘭地檢署偵查後認為，陳婦所檢具的診斷證明書，是在鄰屋施工結束後，難以認定罹病與該施工有因果關係，今天將張婦予以不起訴處分。
