請問各位先進有關南崁買二手屋的問題…

在南崁買新成屋出租實在是做功德的說...因為租金實在貼補不了每個月要繳的銀行貸款,
上次在亞通客運才聽到有個國中生,說他們一家4口租合雄御璽的新成屋,
3房+車位含管理費,房東只收他們家18000元...
之前我有鄰居3房+車位想租人23000,一直都租不出去,
因為這種價格買個600萬以內的中古屋自住,房貸每個月本金攤還也差不多就是繳這麼多
屋齡2年多的?他不會是要買我們社區的中古屋吧...
