〈快訊〉勒索陳啟祥未遂　高市副議長遭起訴

特偵組偵辦行政院前秘書長林益世涉嫌貪汙案後，追查地勇公司被斷料一案，發現現任高雄市副議長蔡昌達於高雄縣議員期間，與天山資材股東涉嫌也向陳啟祥勒索未遂，檢方表示，若蔡昌達向陳啟祥勒索得逞，5年利潤可達近11億元，檢方今天依貪汙治罪條例的「藉勢或藉端勒索財物未遂」罪名，將蔡昌達起訴。
