朱立倫鼓勵市民參與核四公投

新北市長朱立倫今日於市政總質詢時表示，核安疑慮沒有去除，核四就不要營運；若運轉中的核一、核二廠有核安疑慮，也不容許繼續運轉；對核廢料的處理，不可以抱持拖延或僥倖的態度。

至於核四公投案，朱立倫呼籲全新北市民一定要出來公投，不能預先設定可能達不到五成，就放棄投票權，就算最後只有四成五或四成八民眾出來投票，也是代表民眾的意見。
