找不到IE10.0 (20點)

我的筆記型電腦已安裝IE10.0，但不曉得為什麼就找不到
執行的指令或圖像！
我的系統是：WIN 7 64位元
已經在移除程式中將"關閉WINDOES功能"裡的Internet Explorer 10"給關閉，
，再重新從網路上試著下載IE10 或IE9 ，都顯示"你的電腦已安裝新的版本"

請問要如何地解除或安裝，才能再重新安裝IE呢？
