澱粉跟麵粉?

大家也知道 最近澱粉出問題
那我有個想問 麵粉跟澱粉是一樣東西? 還是完全不同的東西呢?

你被名詞給搞混了。

麵粉是產品的名稱；例如製作麵包、麵條需要用到麵粉

澱粉是產品的成份；例如馬鈴薯含有豐富的澱粉成份，白米也含有澱粉成份

所以麵粉不等於澱粉，兩者是不同的
