這個問題應該是因為相機發現1/4000的情況下亮度沒辦法達到你設定的曝光EV值需求
(1/4000應該是太暗)

所以他會自動幫你決定你的快門速度來達到"正確的曝光量"
("正確的曝光量"決定於你的曝光補償設定)

不過會出現這種情況應該是ISO跟光圈都已經拉高到極限已經補不回來才會這樣

例如我今天60D配50 F1.8

在一個比較暗的環境裡面

Tv模式ISO設800曝光補償+0
(沒提光圈因為在Tv模式下他是自動的)

如果我快門設定在1/200去做測光動作

相機會自動幫我把快門調成1/40左右

因為ISO跟光圈已經被調整到最高的情況下剩下快門速度可以決定亮度

那他只好背叛你的指令...因為你曝光補償沒去動...

如果我今天附帶一個條件:把曝光補償降低到-3

那我的1/200快門就不會被相機動了
(甚至還會縮一級光圈)

因為亮度有達到我的需求(-3EV)

這樣講不知道你聽不聽得懂溜~~
