馬：國民黨政策是兩岸關係關鍵

國民黨主席馬英九今天出席國發院舉辦的大陸台商工商建設研討會第二期活動時表示，國民黨政策是兩岸關係穩定發展的關鍵。亦即在中華民國憲法的架構下，維持台海「不統、不獨、不武」的現狀，以及「九二共識一中各表」的基礎上，推動兩岸和平發展。他說，這個框架下形成5年來非常穩定的架構，並且會繼續穩定下去。
