小弟要買直立式吸塵器，有2個選擇

請教各網友，有使用過的、或是3C家電達人，
1.這2台要買哪一台比較好，因為這2台的價格差不多，所以不知如何比較？
2.試問，以TWINBIRD舉例：
消耗功率：1000W
吸入功率：200W
這2種功率差別在哪？
3.不是消耗功率越多，吸力越強嗎？
怎麼有吸塵器(消耗：800W，吸入：才25W)
4.因為吸塵器最重視吸力，直接公佈吸力功率就好，為什麼還要公佈銷耗功率？
請教各網友，有使用過的、或是3C家電達人，幫忙解惑一下~~~感恩
