????FX168訊 中國商務部周二（11月19日）公布的數據顯示，今年10月全國外商直接投資金額84.16億美元，同比增長1.24%（未含銀行、證券、保險領域數據）。

????商務部新聞稿並稱，1-10月累計實際外商直接投資為970.26億美元，同比增長5.77%。

????2012年全國實際外商直接投資為1,117.2億美元，同比下降3.7%，為三年來首度下滑。

????外商直接投資指外國企業和經濟組織或個人（包括華僑、港澳臺胞以及我國在境外注冊的企業）按我國有關政策、法規，用現匯、實物、技術等在我國境內開辦外商獨資企業、與我國境內的企業或經濟組織共同舉辦中外合資經營企業、合作經營企業或合作開發資源的投資（包括外商投資收益的再投資），以及經政府有關部門批準的項目投資總額內企業從境外借入的資金。
