災後重建經費 菲估58億美元

菲律賓高階官員今天(19日)表示，中部地區遭海燕颱風重創後，要重建災區住屋、學校、道路與橋梁，經費可能高達2,500億披索(約58億美元)，菲律賓政府可能得向開發機構申請低利貸款。

菲律賓社會經濟規劃部長巴里薩坎(Arsenio Balisacan)指出，如果政府成功將資源運用於颱風災後重建，菲律賓經濟可能成長得更快；他又說，菲律賓穩固的經濟基礎依舊未受損。

巴里薩坎對路透社談及可能需要的重建經費時表示：「如果高達2,500億披索，我不會感到意外。」
