助設計師坑宏達電近千萬　廠商5萬交保

【賴又嘉／台北報導】北檢偵辦宏達電（hTC）內鬼案，查出遭收押的設計部副總簡志霖及處長吳建宏，涉嫌向佳元公司進行假交易，虛報設計費A公款約890萬元，檢調日前搜索佳元公司並約談相關員工，今再約談剛從中國返台的佳元陳姓負責人，訊後依違反《商業會計法》諭令5萬元交保。
 
據悉，陳男坦承犯行，供稱應吳建宏要求兩度提供共計890萬元的假發票。辦案人員查出，簡、吳不止向佳元進行假交易，另向萬富隆、威信兩家公司收回扣，還涉嫌竊取hTC新機圖形介面等商業機密。辦案人員估算簡、吳不法所得高達3700萬元，已查扣簡帳戶、名車及不動產共約2000萬元。 全案持續偵辦中。
