新北﹂窩裡反條款」獎金無上限

國內食安問題頻傳，各縣市紛紛修正檢舉違反食品衛生管理法獎勵辦法，祭出重賞，並增列「窩裡反條款」，鼓勵全民和內部員工檢舉不法；台北市、桃園縣將檢舉獎金從罰鍰的5%調高到10%，新北市的「窩裡反條款」檢舉獎金更是無上限。

新北市政府今天通過檢舉食品衛生管理法案獎勵辦法，將依違規情節輕重，提撥實收罰金的5%到10%為檢舉獎金；另外，依食品衛生管法規定，業者若摻偽或假冒，損害人體健康，經市府勒令停業、歇業，可處6萬元到1500萬元罰款，檢舉獎金則不得低於100萬元。
