嫁禍偷拍私密照　暴力集團恐嚇勒索遭法辦

【王勇超╱高雄報導】三民二分局今日破獲李文德（21歲，有殺人未遂、公共危險、妨害自由、竊盜前科）為首的暴力集團，逮捕李男及手下8男1女成員共9名成員。警方說，李嫌覬覦高中同學潘姓男子家中經營茶行、經濟富裕，5月初藉口該集團成員陳姓女子（21歲）未成年時與潘男交往時被偷拍性愛畫面，帶陳女及現任男友王姓男子（20歲）與其他手下，到三民區潘難家中聚集叫囂，並恐嚇潘男家屬拿50萬元和解。

警方說，5月底該集團以梁姓成員家中遭仇家毀損為由，糾眾到彌陀區對薛姓、黃姓被害人傷害施暴、毆打；另在6月初以集團成員遭不明人士欺負為由，糾集30多人騎機車拿木棍、鐵棒到彌陀區「武力展示」，沿途飆車叫囂，見丁姓被害人疑似為仇家對象，不分青紅皂白糾眾毆打施暴；另於在6月初該集團見歐姓被害人在吃宵夜，不知何故糾眾叫囂，進而毆打施暴。李男到案後否認犯行，將責任推給在監服刑及受感化教育的同夥成員，警方全案訊後依組織犯罪、恐嚇取財、傷害等罪嫌移送法辦。
