三星ace2遲遲不升級, 我可以向誰投訴?

去年年底買了ace 2, 說會更新到 android 4.0 官網也是這樣寫.
但至今都有ace3了 但ACE2仍還在2.3版
這台至少都出了一年半以上了. 真的等很久
我寫信過去三星, 他說尚無更新的時間表, 詳細等官網公布為準
請問這種問題可以跟誰投訴?

ps: andorid 2.3有些功能缺失
1. 只要有網路, 就會跳出可用網路畫面給你選擇. 不管你現在正在拍照或玩遊戲.
2. 拍照有聲, 對焦慢
