淡北道路環評撤銷 新北議會開砲

台北高等行政法院昨天宣判撤銷淡北道路第一階段環評，爭議持續延燒，今天下午新北市議會審議去年決算，議長陳幸進及多名市議員對淡北道路環評遭撤銷表達不滿，近20名淡水區里長也主動到市議會旁聽，希望新北市府「硬起來」，一定要把淡北道路「開下去」。

新北市副市長李四川重申「淡北道路不會停工」，他指出，淡北道路經過長達5年的環評，過程中都有環保團體參與，也根據審查委員的意見，將高架改為平面，避開濕地和紅樹林，道路與紅樹林間距在1到15公尺之間，並限制僅開放小客車以時速50公里行駛，才通過環評。

李四川也表示，已和台北市間溝通良好，兩市將會繼續合作，工程問題也能克服，且淡水地區15萬人口加上假日觀光人潮，僅一條台2線聯外道路無法負荷，市府一定會負責讓淡北道路繼續執行。
