最近新聞總是不離毒品、酗酒的Lamar Odom，5日終於有正面消息傳出，根據《時人雜誌》報導，他已經開始尋求機構協助，希望早日擺脫各種成癮症狀。

「他終於了解，他是需要幫助的。」該報導的消息來源說。

Odom的吸毒、酗酒毛病不僅危害他的職業生涯，也重挫他的婚姻與私人生活，上星期還因違規行車遭警方逮捕。

「在洛城的時候，我就是無法控制我自己。」這是Odom在2003年時的發言，如今看來真是一語成讖，因為他日前被爆出吸食古柯鹼達2年之久，讓他上季的東家洛杉磯快艇傻眼。

Odom上季例行賽82場全勤，但平均出賽時間19.7分鐘、貢獻4分，全都是生涯14年來新低。

由於父親也有海洛因成癮的毛病，Odom這次痛定思痛，「我要和死纏著我爸的惡魔一決生死。」他說。

Odom的戒毒、戒酒路並不孤單，他的太太Khloe Kardashian總是致力於協助他擺脫惡習，希望這次他能真正擊敗內心惡魔，重拾「全能前鋒」身手。
