嬤替孫女殺頭蝨　誤將孫女毒死

【綜合報導】中國四川省自貢市富順縣一名女孩生頭蝨，怕成同學笑柄，祖母自行購買農藥幫她除蝨，卻意外毒死孫女。當地法院昨天(4日)以過失致人死亡罪，判處這名祖母有期徒刑6個月，緩刑1年。

事發於去年8月，家住富順縣安溪鎮的袁琳，放學回家後對祖母說，自己頭上長了頭蝨，感覺很癢又怕同學取笑，要求祖母買藥幫她殺死頭上的蝨子。祖母隨後到農藥店，原想購買農藥「氯氯粉」，但因缺貨，就買了另外一種農藥「甲拌磷」。

為了增強藥效，祖母用甲拌磷加上白酒，敷在孫女頭上，然後就讓她去睡覺。隔天凌晨，袁琳突然表示頭痛、肚痛，被送到醫院搶救無效，早上8時左右死亡。

祖母在庭上哭訴，兒子長年在外打工，孫女由她帶大，祖孫二人感情非常好，沒想到自己的無知竟害死了乖孫。
