【急】食品標示衛生局是否認同?

現在食品真難做..

前陣子　我們公司的下游廠商被衛生局抽查乾燥玫瑰花
但當時我的廠商並沒有告知我有被抽查..

後來我收到了公文　表示那批貨農藥殘留超標　所以要前往衛生局說明..

於是我就打電話去跟供貨的上游廠商說　那批貨有被檢測出來...希望上游廠商全權負責

但上游廠商說　以前就有跟我們告知過　他們花草類的東西再進口的時候就都以'香料'進口

所以出貨的時候　出貨單上面都會蓋＂乾燥花草僅供香料使用，不得食用＂得標語..

我想知道　這樣的話...我們公司會比較站不住腳嗎??

因為對方都有著名＂不得食用＂了...
