職場社群網站LinkedIn宣布將發行540萬股A股，每股發行價訂為233美元，使這次現金增資規模提高到12億美元，刷新自臉書（Facebook）上市以來上市網路公司釋股金額最高紀錄。

日前，根據3日向美國證券交易委員會（SEC）提交的申請書，專業社群網站LinkedIn計劃售出417萬股A股，以8月30日每股收盤價240.04美元估計可募得10億美元。

但LinkedIn 4日晚間同意把這次釋出的股數擴大到540萬股，籌資金額也從原先在申請書中預估的10億美元提高到12億美元。這將是自臉書2012年5月首次公開發行股票（IPO）籌資160億美元以來，美國大型公開上市網路公司當中釋股籌資規模最大的一筆交易。

根據Dealogic統計，LinkedIn這次的售股規模，在2002年以來IPO或現金增資交易當中，排名第10。

LinkedIn表示，籌資收益將用於產品開發以及全球業務擴張，而本次售股由摩根大通、摩根士丹利、高盛及美國銀行等證券商承辦。

LinkedIn在紐約證交所交易的股票4日盤後下跌2.6%至232.60美元。

LinkedIn在2011年5月以每股45美元的掛牌價上市，今年來股價已漲了一倍多，本周二（3日）更以歷史最高價收盤。
