【短片】天降鐵鉤砸車　男痛罵：有人傷才處理？

【李光濱／花蓮報導】1名溫姓男子上周五行經蘇花公路和平隧道內，突然天外飛來鐵鉤砸中他的前擋風玻璃，差點害副座乘客命喪黃泉，溫男痛批對向卡車張姓司機竟肇逃，事後也不聞不問。

溫男表示，當時載黃姓刺青師父從台北返回花蓮，卻遭對向車道鐵鉤砸破前擋風玻璃，險些害死刺青師父。溫男說肇事的張姓司機只說交給保險公司處理，相當不積極，「是不是要等到人受傷以後，才要來做積極處理？」
