國二少女翹課和男網友嘿咻　男判2年緩刑5年

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市21歲陳姓男子2011年9月間，透過愛情公寓結識國二少女，約少女出遊並載少女返回住處發生性關係，之後連續2天兩人激情不斷，少女還蹺課被陳男載往陳家，嘿咻後再去上學。只是第三天少女母到校接女兒時，赫然發現女兒在學校附近與陳男擁抱，逼問出上情。陳男坦承犯行，也向少女母親道歉達成和解，同時保證不再犯。新竹地院法官依與未滿16歲少女性交罪判2年，緩刑5年，緩間期間不得對少女騷擾、接觸、通話等聯絡行為，否則取消緩刑。
