護膚業者行賄憲兵隊長擺平黑道　3人起訴

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】李翰東、陳氏豔、裴家翔在新竹市開設越南護膚站，因豔名遠播，生意鼎盛，引來黑道覬覦，自稱四海幫眾男子「小米」於2010年8月率人砸店，陳女報警仍遭二度砸店，後來新竹市憲兵隊前隊長黃俊峰介入調停，３人答應每月以營業淨利15%行賄黃男，並於2012年間元月開始，連３個月將賄款送到憲兵隊長辦公室內，黃男共得約8萬元，遭人檢發。黃男已被軍事法院判刑8年，新竹地檢今依行賄罪嫌起訴李男、陳女及裴女３名業者。
