跆拳國手逼學弟跳樓　霸凌菸燙頸

一名馮姓男子找來7名友人回宜蘭某國中母校，逼國二張姓學弟到宜蘭市龍鳳大地空屋，眾人對張拳打腳踢，馮逼張從2樓跳下，還拿菸頭燙張頸，並將他推入一旁水溝。該起霸凌事件發生在去年，縣議員賴瑞鼎踢爆後，宜蘭地檢署依傷害罪將馮起訴，其他7人因未成年，由地方法院少年法庭審理中。

《聯合報》報導，馮姓男子曾在全中運拿下跆拳道金牌，且曾入選國手。去年10月馮男夥同友人把學弟騙到空屋，對張暴力相向，並撿繩將張手部綑綁，把張帶到2樓，威嚇要他自己跳下，張嚇得跳下後，馮仍不罷手，拿出點燃的菸頭燙人。
