避免貿易戰 陸歐本週會談

在中國大陸和歐洲聯盟的貿易爭議可能升高為貿易戰之際，中國大陸商務部發言人沈丹陽今天(18日)表示，中國大陸將在這個星期和歐盟舉行會談，以解決雙方有關太陽能板和其他貿易方面的爭議。

沈丹陽表示，大陸和歐盟雙方已經「初步決定」，要召開經濟與貿易聯合委員會的年度部長級會議。

沈丹陽指出，這次會議中，雙方將認真的審視，去年在雙邊貿易上是出了什麼問題，並且研究如何解決問題，包括有關太陽能板貿易的爭議。

沈丹陽表示，大陸商務部長高虎城和歐盟貿易執委戴胡克(Karel De Gucht)，將聯合主持這次會議。

歐盟執行委員會這個月對大陸太陽能板，暫時課徵11.8%的反傾銷稅，而如果雙方沒有在8月6日以前，就這項問題舉行談判，稅率就將升高到47.6%。

中國大陸隨即展開報復，也對歐洲進口的葡萄酒展開反傾銷調查，並且對從歐盟進口的不鏽鋼管課徵反傾銷稅。

中國大陸是歐盟最大的貿易夥伴。
