我聽懂你的意思了,你不想動電線,只想換外面的蓋板,對吧?
這樣其實沒有意義,還不如把就蓋板拿來洗一洗,彩繪一番,會更有特色.

開關還好,頂多就是螢光燈不亮,幾乎不會壞.
如果插座超過10年,裡面的母插有可能會鬆掉,建議整組換掉,比較安全.

不過看你問的問題,我會建議讓水電來,千萬不要自己搞.
