管碧玲呼籲讓漁船持有武力

台灣漁民遭菲國公務船射殺，引發議論。民進黨立委管碧玲表示，政府護漁無力，最積極的方式就是讓遠洋漁船與商船擁有武力自保的能力，這也是國際潮流與共識。下周三立法院交通委員會將審議相關法案，呼籲朝野儘速通過修法，讓漁民有武力可自保。
