二顆電池輪流替換對手機壽命的延長會不會比較有保障？

個人目前使用的手機
是用二顆電池交叉使用
一顆充滿電後才會更換另一顆(皆已充滿電 充電方式都直接電源線插手機充)
每顆使用約5-7天才會換另一顆(期間沒電一樣會連電源線繼續充)
手機原則上沒關機過

想問一下主題問題
這樣對手機的壽命延用是否會比較優良
之前的手機也是二顆輪流用
各用約5年左右沒故障過
更換原因第一支掉到水裡營幕無法顯像
第二支則是殼的卡損斷掉 無法扣上手機背蓋

我是想電池都有壽命
連續使用減損會比較快
停用一陣再用一陣會不會比較好

現在更換的智慧型手機
不知是否一樣套用到傳統手機

還是一顆電池用到壞為止 不用換
等壞的或沒電再換即可？
