最新消息，為了應付菲律賓射殺我漁民事件，總統馬英九今晚召集了國安會議，根據壹電視報導，我政府決定向菲律賓提出道歉、賠償、懲兇以及啟動台菲漁業談判等4大要求。

另外，也從12日凌晨開始算72小時，如果菲律賓沒有正面回應，將凍結菲勞申請，同時召回我駐菲代表，以及要求菲律賓駐台代表返回菲律賓。
