連勝文：要讓菲律賓了解，面對的不是滿清

台灣漁船前天遭菲律賓公務船槍擊、導致1名台灣漁民死亡，台北市經發會副召連勝文今天受訪說，如果事實查明菲律賓應負全責，政府一定要堅持到底，要讓菲律賓了解，「面對的是中華民國，而不是滿清」，這一點非常重要。
