國軍未來兵力 總數17至19萬

國防部今晚與媒體舉行年終聯誼餐會，部長嚴明指出，國軍下階段調整兵力數字，目標在17至19萬之間，計劃名稱為勇固案。

對於目前志願士兵的指職制度，往往造成較辛苦的戰鬥部隊乏人問津。嚴明說，未來將改為以軍種為志願選項；各戰鬥部隊優先挑選當地新兵，其他人採取抽籤。
