高公局今天(20號)下午召開記者會，針對國道計程收費所引發的各項爭議進行說明。

高公局副局長吳木富表示，針對民眾抱怨重複扣款、幽靈扣款的部分，在一周內邀請民間技術專家成立稽核委員嚴格監督，並訂定關鍵績效指標KPI，只要遠通收費成功率未達到KPI所規定的標準，就會進行開罰，每天最高可以罰到新台幣五十萬元。
