精神慰撫金的數額並沒有個一定的金額,只要雙方均談定且接受,並簽立和解書就可以了.若是告上法院,還會依雙方的財力作為衡定慰撫金的數額標準~
總而言之,對方只要願意付就行了! 20萬我覺得可以跟對方談談看~求取一個雙方都可以接受的數字. 希望你們能夠和平解決!
