尾牙活動 酒後指定代駕保安全

農曆春節將屆，各公司行號舉辦尾牙活動大幅增加，台北市中正警二分局今天提醒民眾喝酒別開車，找指定駕駛代駕最安全。

警方表示，參加尾牙的民眾若有喝酒不要開車，可透過未飲酒的公司同事或是找合格計程車司機皆可，記住喝酒不開車，減少酒駕造成悲劇。

農曆春節前後是舉辦尾牙及各種慶祝活動的高峰期，間接提高酒後駕車的可能，警方表示，已針對酒後駕車祭出重罰，依規定駕駛人吐氣酒精濃度每公升0.25毫克以上就依法送辦，最高可處新台幣9萬元罰鍰。

警方指出，春節連續假期前後慶祝活動增多，民眾喝酒機會提高，只要有喝酒，應指定代駕或搭乘大眾運輸工具，和餐廳宣導酒後代駕措施，並要求業者提供代叫計程車等服務，盼降低酒駕肇事情事。
