為什麼茶海要叫茶海?又為什麼叫公道杯?

茶具有很多種，其一是茶海好像又稱公道杯，我想問問「茶海」和「公道杯」這兩個名詞的由來。

到底為什麼要叫茶海?

又為什麼叫公道杯?

它們的作用我有查過了，所以很單純只是想知道有沒有什麼典故而已，謝謝。
