請問腳臭根不穿襪子有沒關西嗎??

我經常出門方便所以都不穿襪子出門，久而久之之後就覺得自己的腳越來越臭了!!如何改善??

我知道有的人是穿五指襪吸汗,襪子也要天天換洗
建議你在鞋子內倒些明礬粉它可吸汗
還有不要天天穿同雙鞋子,因穿一天已經有味道

穿襪子...就那麼簡單
穿棉襪可以吸汗
汗吸掉了...腳就不會那麼臭
