noet2螢幕翻轉問題

上星期到中華電信辦了三星noet2手機開心玩了一天隔天在使用中途突然螢幕怎麼不會翻轉.恰巧碰到六\日到了星期一跑去問門市小姐也沒法解決.要我中午後再去換新機，換了之後心想應該不會有問題了結果還是一天後同樣情況又發生了再去問給的答案說是下載的APP軟體有問題幫我恢復原廠設定再看看，又取回使用果然還是一天它又不能翻轉了，這到底怎麼回事該怎麼辦，有誰能夠幫忙解決拜託拜託急急急，謝謝!!!
