謝長廷：憲法可保護台灣

行政院前院長謝長廷今天表示，他主張「兩岸兩憲」，兩部都是合法憲法，此外憲法也可保護台灣，若有哪個總統主張台灣是中華人民共和國的一部分，就會違憲；兩岸互相尊重憲法，並用創意尋求特殊關係，要採「一中框架」、「中華框架」、「一華框架」等等說法，都可討論。
