急問！土城房市...救人啊

通常這種有裝潢,家具大多是投資客的物件
用料應該不會太高檔.灌在售價中蠻不划算的

對土城不熟,但就地理位置來看,似乎不應該這麼貴
而且還是10幾年的中古屋

用google看了一下,離土城捷運站約600公尺

新莊泰山溫仔圳新城屋明日城,距機場捷運泰山站900公尺.高樓層約37,38/p

新莊迴龍站附近新屋也多半在3字頭.
