我的手機是3G的 5月中剛辦的
手機會自己關機 然後重新開機一開始有動然後就都靜止了不動了
最近甚至是把我下載的東西全部都不見了
明明沒有摔到撞到為什麼會這樣?
請問這種狀況可以換到新的嗎?
