張忠謀看台灣景氣　還看不到轉機

台積電董事長張忠謀：「台灣的潛力應該是一年5%，甚至於更高一點5%左右，可是我想這個，今年不會這麼的好，那明年我想總之是最近的未來，我還看不到有什麼轉機。」
