【短片】檢調搜炒股男　驚見豬哥亮明星臉

【賴又嘉／台北報導】翁姓男子涉嫌於2010年間，以相對成交方式，炒作松和(5016)股票，短短3月就獲利400多萬元，北檢今指揮台北市調處，持法院核發的4張搜索票，到翁男及其他3人住處搜索，並將翁男帶回市調處訊問，下午依違反《證交法》移送北檢複訊。
 
有趣的是，辦案人員上午到翁男住處搜索時，赫然發現翁男與藝人豬哥亮長相神似，還操著與豬哥亮雷同的台語腔，但不同的是，翁男的身高超過180公分，比豬哥亮高。翁男今下午移送地檢署複訊時，舉手投足與豬哥亮神似，還有民眾一度誤以為豬哥亮來出庭，在旁議論紛紛，但被友人指證：「他(翁男)比較高啦！」翁男訊後以30萬元交保。
