30分性侵女看護2次 賠80萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】42歲范男子2011年間，被控性侵父親的28歲印尼藉女看護，案發當天凌晨2時，范男先揮打女看護臉、臀，再撕開她的衣褲強壓在床上性侵得逞，半小時後，范男再度進房，又性侵女看護1次，當天清晨6時許，女看護逃出報警。

范男否認性侵，強調2人是情侶，是你情我願嘿咻，女看護則否認，法官認為，女看護已婚，且案發時衣褲被撕破，加上事後范男曾致電女看護說，對不起你等語，認定范男犯行明確，高等法院日前已依性侵罪判他徒刑4年；民事部分，女看護求償120萬元，台北地院日前判范應賠她80萬元；仍可上訴。
