這幾天NB電腦發生突然下列問題

win 7
1,開機會叫,進win就停
2.打字自動會跳到第一行第一字,照成無法打字
3.手寫板自動關閉按鍵無法開啟

自行處理方式
1,掃毒無用
2.C槽回復三個星期資料也無用

不知各位前輩有如何方法
